At Weartomato, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our refund and exchange policy below:


Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds; however, we gladly provide exchanges on eligible purchases.


Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 working days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and labels are still attached.

  • The item is returned with the original sales receipt and packaging.


How to Exchange

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items purchased at full price are eligible for exchange only at the current sale price.

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange.

  • We do not offer exchanges on accessories such as jewelry or caps.

  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.


Damaged Merchandise Claims

For online purchases, any damage or defect must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

Please note that exchange requests may take up to 3–4 weeks to process.
